I have always been interested in helping people gain relief from discomfort & pain in the most natural way possible. When my husband started to receive Manual Lymph Drainage to help with health issues (Lymphedema, Venous Edema, Cellulitis), l could see how powerful ‘Hands on Therapy’ could be. To this end l expanded my knowledge and pursued specialised training for Lymph – Fascia – Scar release and Neurogenic Release. Having this broad range of training has now enabled me to care for clientele with multiple health concerns.

During the lockdown it became apparent there was a need to check in and help my existing clients and friends. It was a privilege to be able to open an ”online clinic’ enabling me to connect with clients not just in NZ but around the world. Opening new avenues for them to learn more about their own bodies but also alternative therapy opportunities.

l recently qualified as a Oncology Scar Specialist which has helped me to reach out to many in the community and help them learn how to put themselves back together after the roller coaster treatment & procedures that make up Cancer Treatments.

Much momentum has been gained by leading practitioners such as (UK – Emma Holly – Restore / New York – Marjorie Brook – STRAIT Method) around the globe.

This year will mark some exciting changes for me as l develop ”Sam Lyden Release Therapy Course” to help spread more education about Scar-Lymph-Fascia Rehabilitation to like minded professionals who share passion for a more natural approach to healing.

SCAR RELEASE THERAPY - This length of treatment is best suited to Medium sized scars.
A gentle hands on approach to relieving old or new scars, adhesions, fibrosis tension & tethering. Promoting and improving lymph and blood supply to the immediate area and surrounding areas. Also supporting the physiological recovery from scar trauma Pre & Post Injury.

INTEGRATED THERAPY- After your initial consultation this visit is recommended for a follow up visit or regular maintenance.

This line of therapy involves selecting techniques from different therapeutic orientations best suited to your particular needs.

This therapy is designed to help the body release built-up tension caused by stress. By using the body's inbuilt tremor mechanism, the tremors can move along the spine, releasing deep chronic tension from the sacrum to the cranium. When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe and controlled environment, the body is encouraged to return back to a state of balance - physically, mentally and emotionally.
